Rescheduling and Cancellations
- Lessons can be rescheduled or canceled free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time.
- If a lesson is canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours, or if you do not attend (no-show), the full lesson fee will be charged.
Payment Authorization
- By booking a lesson, you agree that any unpaid invoices resulting from a late cancellation or no-show may be automatically charged to your stored payment method (Credit Card, Debit Card, or SEPA).
- This authorization ensures that charges are processed securely in accordance with our payment provider’s (Stripe) terms.
